Our Air Source Heat Pump Products - We currently have two Air Source Heat Pumps available
Danfoss DHP-A Air Source Heat Pump
Description - The DHP-A air source heat pump provides both heating and hot water
The Danfoss DHP-A air source heat pump is so efficient that you can reduce your heating costs by up to 50%. Thanks to its advanced technology, it can retrieve energy from the air down to a temperature of
-20°C. Its patented TWS technology means that hot tap water is heated faster with less energy consumption than any other method on the market. Danfoss DHP-A does not require any boreholes, and produces both heat and hot-water. The DHP-A has an integral 180 litre water tank to cater for those who use a lot of hot water. The Danfoss DHP-A air source heat pump is available in four power outputs from 6 to 12 kW. Click here for the PDF download on this Air Source Heat Pump.
Danfoss DHP-A harnesses the solar energy found in the outdoor air
Its heart is the heat pump found inside the house. Together with the air module outside your house, you have a complete solution. All essential components are located in the heat pump installed indoors. This means that they are not exposed to the wind and weather are there are no heat losses outside the house.
Reliable air source heat pump with long service life
In contrast to many other types of air source heat pump, the vital parts of Danfoss DHP-A are located in the heat pump, which stands inside your house. This means that they are not exposed to wind and weather, which means reliable function and increased service life. Thanks to the clever system design there is no risk of the Danfoss DHP-A getting frost damage either.
Danfoss air source heat pumps with high efficiency all year round
To retain the high efficiency at low temperatures, the outdoor air handling unit of the system must be defrosted. The air source heat pump's defrosting is automatic and demand controlled. It is only activated when it is needed and only for as long as necessary, which minimises the energy consumption required to keep the outdoor section of the system free of ice.
Retrieves energy from the air
Danfoss DHP-A can retrieve energy from the air down to a temperature of minus 20 degrees. Danfoss DHP-A is so efficient that you can reduce your heating costs by up to three quarters. The heat pump is also equipped with Danfoss TWS technology. This means that the hot tap water is heated faster with less energy consumption than any other method on the market.
Danfoss DHP-AL Air Source Heat Pump

The Danfoss DHP-AL has the same functionality as the DHP-A air source heat pump except that it can be combined with an external 200 or 300 litre hot water tank for those who require a larger amount of hot water storage. Click here for the PDF download on this Air Source Heat Pump.
DHP-AL retrieves energy from the air
Danfoss DHP-AL is so efficient that you can reduce your heating costs by up to 50%. Thanks to its advanced technology, it can retrieve energy from the air down to a temperature of minus 20 degrees. DHP-AL has the same functionality like DHP-A but hot water tank has been separated. Dedicated water heater has 200 litres, stainless or copper.
The patented TWS technology heats hot-water faster and with less energy consumption than any other system on the market. Danfoss DHP-AL does not require any boreholes, and produces both heat and hot-water. Danfoss DHP-AL is available in four power outputs, from 6 to 12 kW.
